At Grounds for Impeachment Coffee, we are committed to providing high-quality coffee that fuels both your passion and your day. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns & Exchanges
Since coffee is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns on opened bags of coffee. However, if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
✅ You received the wrong coffee blend, grind type or product(s).
✅ Your order was damaged during shipping.
✅ There is a quality issue with the product.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Contact Us – Email us at info@groundsforimpeachmentcoffee.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide Order Details – Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Resolution – We will review your request and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit based on the situation.
Non-Refundable Items
❌ Opened or used coffee products (except for quality issues).
❌ Gift cards or promotional items.
❌ Items purchased from third-party retailers (please contact them directly).
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Replacements will be shipped out as quickly as possible.
Cancellations & Order Changes
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please email us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.
